Obituary of Willa Mary Borden

Willa Mary Borden, age 91, passed away peacefully May 19, 2023. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Edward & Mildred Whiting along with her two beloved and adored younger sisters Millie & Arlene.

Willa was a true people person. She was a dedicated nurse for over 35 years, first on the Pediatric ward and then as a Psychiatric Nurse. She loved nursing as it was her authentic calling.

In her later years she lived in Sequim, Washington with two of her daughters and was always excited to visit the local lavender farms and game farm where she could feed numerous animals. She cherished watching 'The Sound of Music' as many times as she could. 

Her life was a living example of caring and kindness and she held deep friendships throughout her years. Willa had three daughters, Katie, Susie & Julie and two grandsons, Noah and Alex. All of these she loved and touched deeply and her sweet nature will be dearly missed.
