Just happened upin this post. My mother Dorothy was Cleo's neighbor. Cleo was a most devoted and caring friend. Cleo would walk over to our house and visit with mama for several hours. Sometimes there was laughter and sometimes tears. Cleo was always ready to help, and her visits did just that. A dear soul. A sweet memory.
