Obituary of Edward L. Garner

Edward Garner, born in Tacoma passed away February 15, 2010 peacefully at home after fighting a short battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward & Evelyn Garner. He is survived by his fiancée Ruth, sisters, Betty Levick and Beverly Jones; Daughter, Paige Garner; Grandchildren, Chad, Tori, and one great grandson, Maceo. Also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ed served in the U.S.M.C. in Korea earning a Purple Heart. He spent many years as a private investigator and was manager for Sugar Ray Seales. He was a member of the Puyallup Eagles. He will be forever loved and missed. A celebration of Ed’s life will be held Monday March 1, 1 p.m. at the Puyallup Eagles, 202 5th St. N.W. 360-893-5766.
