Sandra (Sandy) Rosenberg

1945-2021

 

Sandra (Sandy) Lynn Rosenberg, 76, died peacefully on September 3, 2021, after a long illness.

Sandy was born in Port Townsend, Washington. After graduation from Port Townsend High School, Sandy attended cosmetology school in Seattle. Following cosmetology school, Sandy’s career included working as a switchboard operator, owning a deli, and working at Boeing.

Sandy was a breast cancer survivor of more than 30 years. She will be long remembered for her laugh and genuine desire to help others. Sandy had a great deal of compassion for people and animals in need.

Sandy is predeceased by her husband Steven Rosenberg, her parents Pete and Ann Eldridge, brothers Frank and Robert Witzdam. She is survived by her sister Sally (John) Coleman, children Pete (Joanne) Rosenberg, Shana (Bill) Curtindale, 5 grandchildren, 1 and 1/2 great-grandchildren, 7 nieces, 2 nephews, and her cat Peanut.
