Obituary of William F. Shaw

William F. Shaw William F. Shaw, aged 91, was born on Dec. 29, 1918, and passed away on Sept. 24, 2010. He was born on a farm near Mt. Blanchard, Ohio. His life included careers in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Postal Service, retiring from each. He was also a volunteer at the American Lake VA for twenty-one years. Dad is survived by sons Michael, David (Pam), and Gordon. Other surviving family members include four granddaughters, seven great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Joann of St. Joseph, MO, and Mickeylou of Findlay, OH. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Thelma (2004) and a son, Carl. We want to thank Lakewood Healthcare Center and the American Lake VA Hospital for their excellent care.
