Shirley Ann Rizer died on July 28, 2010 in Seattle.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday August 3, 10 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 8002 Dorotich St. Gig Harbor. A graveside service will follow at 1:L15 p.m. at Tahoma National Cemetery.
