Obituary of Marilyn Ann Shelberg

Marilyn Ann ( Oberst ) Shelberg February 6th , 1937 - April 25th , 2010 Marilyn, a woman who overcame many obstacles with grace, patience and hope. Beloved Wife , Mother , Grandmother, Great Grandmother and dear friend to many passed away peacefully but unexpectedly, surrounded by her loving family on April 25th at the age of 73. Marilyn was adored and cherished by her family and friends as she danced her way through life. Her love for life brought inspiration and happiness to all she met. She is survived by her devoted husband Bob of 53 years, 3 loving daughters, Karen (Peter) Lisa , Robyn(Lonnie) 5 precious granddaughters, Tariya, Alyse, Shinel, Cailin and Shelby Her littlest angel Great Granddaughter Stella. Beloved Great Aunts MaryAnn and Jane, 2 brothers Jerry and David , 3 sisters Judy, Janet and Rosie. And many others that were touched by her smile Angel of God be at Marilyn's side to light , to guard, to rule and guide. Memorial Services to be held May 16th at 4 p.m. at the Sumner United Methodist Church, 901 Wood Ave. Sumner. A reception will follow at the church. In lieu of flowers please donate to St.Jude's Children hospital in Mariyln's name.
