I miss walking into work with you in the mornings and talking about our families. Always keeping each other updated on what our kids were doing. I miss seeing you flying by on your stock picker and suddenly stop to call me over to tell me something funny. I felt so comfortable with you from the first day we worked together almost 12 years ago. You could laugh at yourself when you made a mistake, you did not judge people and you had a big heart! I wished I could have done more with you off the clock but I was busy raising kids and you told me over and over how much you respected that. I will keep an eye on Peggy, Sandy and Dona for you. Work will never be the same!
As much as I miss you I know it does not compare to how your family is feeling and my heart goes out to them! I will always love you! Elizabeth

Julie i wish i would not have thought that you would always be here to grow old with, then i would not have let so much time go by without seeing you. I loved my time with you these last 3 months and the talks i could only have with you, because of our bond since we were little girls. You were so strong and brave through this painful disease.I will miss you always.

Kory Sawyer and I both knew Julie from R.E.I. and Kory went to school with her daughter. (He's my son's dad) and when I went through a difficult time in my life, Julie was always there with a smile and an ear. I loved her so much. When my daughter was 2, her papa on her dad's side also had been taken by the same cancer. But, like Julie, he too lived a fulfilled life with beautiful grandchildren and made an impact on so many peoples lives. God knew they became wise in their journey and now he needs them to watch and guide the rest of us. We will see her again, someday. With much love, KaLynn

Julie,
I want to thank you for being my friend at REI. You made me feel comfortable when I was sent from the pick mezzanine, down the outer zones to help you guys out. I looked forward to going so I could hear what was new with you and could always count on seeing a smile on your face.
Oh and I'll never open another paycheck for the rest of my life without looking at my paycheck poker hand.
Just know Julie, you will be greatly missed.

All my memories of Julie and her family are fond ones, including learning how to play Mary Had a Little Lamb on their old piano.
Hang in there, Joe, Jenni, Jeremy, & Joey.. Remember to breathe, but it's always okay to cry.
We love you.

Your life here was too short, and it all seem so unfair. None of your suffering makes any sense. Through it all you were by far the strongest woman I have ever seen. Your unselfish ways were amazing. You fought til the very end. I am so proud to have you for a cousin Julie. Your family is a beautiful example of the woman you were. I would like to thank them for being so kind and sharing you with me the last couple times I got to come see you. You will forever be in my heart and on my mind. Rest in peace Julie girl

Julie will be missed at REI. She made every day a little brighter.
She always had a smile on her face, and usually a funny story she wanted to tell about herself.
Something she just could not believe she did.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
God Bless you
