Obituary of Robert L. Torklelson

Robert L Torkelson Jan. 26, 1970 - Jan. 26, 2009 Bob passed away quietly at home on his 39th birthday with his family at his side after a long battle with brain cancer. He was a loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Bob was an avid hunter, liked to fish, and enjoyed being around family and friends. He worked as a HVAC installer in Puyallup. Bob is survived by his wife and best friend Michelle, mother Shirley (Robert) Lambert, father Con Torkelson, mother-father-in-law Guy and Bonnie Jacobs, sister Pam (Scott) Turner, sister-in-law Melissa Piper, 4 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 great-nieces, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Special thanks to his father-in-law Guy Jacobs who was by his side and was a tremendous help to Michelle. We would also like to thank Dr Spence at the UW Med Center. Services and open house will be held 3-6pm Friday, January 30th, 2009 at Buckley Hall, 127 N River Ave., Buckley 98321.
