Obituary of Sigrid M. Kirby

Sigrid (Anderson) Kirby, 89, of Sumner, born on June 8, 1918 in Ljusdal, Sweden to Olaf and Sigrid (Haglund) Anderson passed away March 26, 2008 in Puyallup. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, four brothers and her beloved husband Raymond. She is survived by her daughter, Sonja (Tom) Maddux; Grandchildren, Katy (Carl) Lambert; David (Beth) Maddux; Great Grandchildren, Samantha Farnworth, Jake Farnworth, Lily Lambert, Isabelle Maddux; sisters-in-law, Donna Anderson and Louise Anderson, brother in law, Robert (Johnnie) Kirby and special niece Linda (Bill) Camiletti; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Viewing will be held on Monday from 5-9 p.m. at Curnow Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1410 Main St. Sumner. 253-863-2800. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday 11 a.m. at the Sumner Cemetery followed by a Memorial Service at Noon at the Sumner United Methodist Church, 901 Wood Ave.
