Obituary of Darlene Joy Hampton

Darlene passed peacefully with her family around her at home, on December 7th. She is survived by: Her spouse of 48 years, Ron Hampton Sr., her children, Melodi (Steve) Lynch, Ron (Jeanean) Hampton, as well as her nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, Christa, Robert, Daniel, Lindsey, Cole, Lacey and Kylee Lynch and Hailee, Heather, Hilaree, and Holley Hampton, and her sister, Linda Lee. Darlene was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She and Ron are very musically talented; Darlene loved to sing and to join her husband on stage while performing. She enjoyed being a mother and grandmother and loved us all deeply. Darlene will be missed but not forgotten, her services will be held at the LDS chapel in Sumner on Thursday, December 13th, 2012 at 3:00 pm. “Just think of it: You are known and remembered by the most majestic, powerful, and glorious Being in the universe! You are loved by the King of infinite space and everlasting time! He who created and knows the stars and knows you and your name – you are a daughter of His kingdom.”
