Obituary of Robert Jean Fraser

ROBERT JEAN FRASER, Bob, Age 79, of Tacoma, Washington on March 24, 2012. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Elizabeth Lee (Brust); loving father of Jocelyn (Ronald) Rivard, Robert (Tatiana) Fraser, Dana (Beverley) Fraser, Gregory (Janet) Fraser and Matthew (Nermin Kamal, fiancée) Fraser; grandfather of Nathan, Brenton and Janelle Rivard, Christopher, Emily, Andrew, Claire, Juliana, James, Katherine, and Joseph Fraser. Bob was preceded in death by his sister Marilyn (David) Patriquin and is survived by his brother Allan (Mary) Fraser of Medway, Massachusetts and beloved nieces and nephews and brothers and sisters in-law. Bob retired from the US Air Force after a 27 year Navy and Air Force career and subsequently became Facilities Manager at Tacoma Boat Building Inc. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, MARCH 27 from 7-9 PM at Curnow Funeral Home, 1504 Main Street, Sumner WA, 98390. A mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 11:15 A.M. on Wednesday March 28th at 757 138th Street South, Tacoma, WA 98444 and a graveside service with full military honors will be held at 1:15PM at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington. In lieu of flowers donations in Bob’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital (Memphis, TN) or the SPCA, 2608 Center Street, Tacoma, WA 98409.
