Obituary of Ronald Lee Haglund

Ronald Lee Haglund passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on the evening of October 11, 2011. He died after a short, yet difficult battle with an undetermined form of cancer. Ron was born on September 10, 1939 in Fort Dodge, IA. He is survived by his wife, Erlinda, his children Kim, Dennis and Keri, as well has his grandchildren, Kristian, Kaikane, Gabrielle, Alyanna, Madison, Samantha, and Megan. Ron was a loving, caring father, grandfather and husband, who enjoyed telling jokes, sharing stories, spending time with family and friends and working on cars. He was also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from Boeing after 30 years. Memorial service to be held at Shepherd’s Will Ministries located in the King Oscar Hotel in Tacoma, Sunday, October 23, 2011 from 3pm-6pm.
