Unfortunately I didn't get to know my husband's Aunt as well as most knew her. We seen her off and on thru the years and she was always kind to us.
I know so many will miss her dearly but will carry her in their hearts and their memories forever. My heart & sympathy go out to all of her loved ones. May we meet again in the afterlife Aunt Louise. Teddy & Kay

I am the youngest of all Louise's siblings. She was already married and started her own family by the time I was born. She always made time to try and connect with her kid sister. My fondest memory was the summer of 1970. My brother Russell and I stayed with Louise, Bust and family to pick cherries for the summer. She taught me how to cook on a wood burning stove, her and Bust taught us how to play grown up card games like poker, black jack,etc... We worked hard but she always made sure we had quality family time every night. I learned a lot about Oregon that year. Since that summer we always made time to call each other and catch up on her family and mine. Reminiscing about our younger days and laughing til we cried. Love and miss you Louise.

Louise:
Oh my, where to begin talking about her? Louise was child #4 and I am #10, a perfect position to gather a lot of Intel on the other 14 ha-ha. While I would never divulge any secrets, I can generalize her behavior through the years. Louise was a loose cannon physically, mentally and verbally, she could hold her own with anyone in all three categories and often did. I have seen her stand toe-to-toe with a brute twice her size, half her wit and lay him out before he knew what hit him. If I needed someone to have my back it would be her.
Our family had enough kids to make up a baseball team, so we often played the neighborhood kids that is, if they could find enough boys brave enough to play us. Louise could outhit, out throw, outrun and out swear any boy, actually most of my sisters could out play any of the neighborhood boys. None of the school kids would mess with any of us younger kids because they knew that, if they did, they would have to deal with her later. Heck, I think that half the teachers were afraid of her and would pray that she would get a passing grade on the exams. She wasn’t really that bad, but she did have her reputation to uphold.
Louise would have made a great Annie Oakley, straight talking, and straight shooting and loved by a lot of people, she will be missed by everyone. The original “Women’s Liberation movement” of one. Of course, we have all seen her kind and caring side and I think that I may have even seen a tear come out of her eyes once or twice. She worked hard to support her family and then put on her mom hat, when she got home, to spread her love around and care for the family needs,
In loving memory.
Brother Hank.

Since the first day I met you, you accepted me, you loved me, and shared your calmness with me.
In your presence I was comforted, calm, and cared for even if we didn't speak a word.
Thank you for all of that, and for the wisdom you shared with me.
Thank you for Falinda, who mirrors all the beauty and love you have given to everyone who met you.
Love,
Roni

From my first breath to your last, you held my hand
You listen to me, and you heard the words unspoken
My refuge when I needed comfort
My rock when I needed strength
My compass when I needed direction
My hope when I was lost and despaired
My discipline when I needed to be corrected
The encouragement that I could succeed
My friend, when that relationship was needed
My Mother unconditionally
How lucky I am to have something that makes
saying goodbye so hard… Until we see each other
again.
I love You Always and Forever
Falinda
