Born December 5th 1961 in Paris, IL to the late Mary Campbell and Jerry Cusick. He is survived by his daughters Nicole (Josh) Redmon and Mandy (Christopher) Martin, brothers Jerry (Becky) Cusick, Tim Cusick and Hank (Terrian) Cusick, Sisters Jerrie Lynn Penn and Billie Cusick, Grandchildren Keagan and Kaydence Redmon. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, playing poker, and going to the casino.
