Obituary of Debbie Marie Bunker

Debra Marie Bunker ran into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 17, 2022.

Debbie was born in Anaconda, MT on March 10, 1958 to Elizabeth Rae and Richard L. Ackerschott. She relocated with her family to Buckley, WA after the passing of her father Dick, and her mother’s remarriage. She graduated from White River High School, and received an Associate’s Degree from Green River Community College.

Debbie met Jim at the local church their families attended. They fell in love and were married in 1979. They were blessed to have 42 years of marriage and had 4 children together. They have been blessed with 9 grandchildren.

Debbie was deeply devoted to her family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and spending time camping outdoors with her family. She was a loyal friend to many. Debbie would do anything to help people in need and showed Christ’s love to all.

She is preceded in death by her father Dick, her mother Bette Rae, and her dad Gary.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband Jim, her son Matthew and wife Rebecca, son Michael and wife Michelle, son Nicholas and wife Rebekah, and daughter Kimberly. She is also survived by her 3 brothers, Richard Ackerschott, Larry Ackerschott, and Scott Edwards. Debbie and Jim have 3 grandsons, Timothy, Hanson, and Eric, and 6 granddaughters, Hannah, Alyssa, Maddison, Hailey, Emily, and Haiven. She will always be loved and greatly missed by her family and friends. We look forward to one day seeing her again in the presence of Jesus.
