I just learned that Edna had passed away this year. I send my deepest sympathies. I adored her. I was President of the Collage society for over fifteen years and Edna was on the board. More than that she was my friend. I loved her wonderful artistic talent and all she did with her art. We both loved dogs too and always had lively conversations about the Irish wolfhounds and her sheep dog. She had a great sense of humor and could make the funniest side comments.I just wanted to say on behalf of myself and the Northwest Collage society and the International Society of Experimental artists she will be missed. There were many artists that enjoyed her work and her vast artistic knowledge.I will miss her.
Best regards to her family,
Carole Bleistein

I met Edna when we were members of Gallery North. She was a dear friend, a willing helper with the co-op jobs, and especially, an artist open to new ideas. I always enjoyed her company and the new work she produced. Though we had not seen each other for a long time, I thought if her often.
