Mick is survived by his wife Sandy of 43 years, daughter Jen, (Elias), 2 grandchildren, son Jeff, parents Al and Dorothy, brother Tom (Nancy), numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Heartfelt thanks go to the Staff/teams of the UWMC, Harborview Hospital and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.  Mick would not have lived 12 years past his diagnosis without the expert care of all teams at these facilities.   We especially want to thank Dr. Gabriela Chiorean,-SCCA; Dr. Guy Johnson—IR ---UWMC and Dr. Bryan Balmadrid---Harborview.
