Obituary of Waythe O. Garner

Waythe Orbyn Garner, 80, a former machinist with the Boeing Company, passed away in his home on Monday August 28, 2006. Waythe was born on August 20, 1926 in Mission, Texas and served in the Navy during WW II. Survived by his wife of 18 years, Phyllis Fenske-Garner, brother, Harlan Garner, sister, Beverly Dowsing, several step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held on Friday from 10 a.m. – Noon at Funeral Alternatives of Washington, 1410 Main St. Sumner. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at the Sumner Assembly of God Church, 1400 Silver St. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Kent.
